Booking policy
Please give at least 4 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
How booking works
• We come to you. We're based in South Amboy, NJ and serve about 25 miles around. There's no walk-in studio, so please don't visit our base.
• For shoots, enter the address where we'll film (your business, home or event) when you book, plus any parking or access notes.
• Website, ad and quote appointments happen by phone or video call. We'll call the number you give when you book.
• Paid bookings are requests until we confirm. We'll reach out by phone or email to go over the details first.
• One shoot means one shoot. Filming time is separate from final video length. Extra work costs extra. Monthly packages are not unlimited. Raw footage is not included by default.
• Ad spend is always paid by you directly to Meta and is separate from our management fee.
• Payment is arranged directly with AD Web Design & Development, not through this booking page.
• Need to change or cancel? Please give at least 24 hours' notice.
