Cookie Notice

Every cookie AD Appoint sets, in one table — no more, no less.

What we use cookies for

AD Appoint uses only its own (first-party) cookies to keep you signed in and remember the area you choose. We set no advertising or tracking cookies, we use no third-party analytics, and we never sell or share your personal information. This is also described in our Privacy Policy.

The cookies

Every cookie AD Appoint sets

  • ada.session_token

Keeps you signed in. Set the moment you verify a sign-in code or Google account. Your browser keeps it away from page scripts (HttpOnly) and only sends it over a secure connection.

    First-party, essential
    Lifetime
Up to 30 days, or until you sign out
  • ada_consent

Remembers your cookie choice ("Accept all" or "Essential only") so we don't ask again.

    First-party, essential
    Lifetime
    12 months
  • ada_loc

The area you picked ("Near me" or a city/ZIP), rounded to about 1 km, so results start from your area. It is never precise enough to point to your home.

    First-party, convenience
    Lifetime
Until you close your browser (Essential only), or 30 days (Accept all)
  • ada_seed

A random number that keeps search-result paging stable for you. Only set if you choose Accept all.

    First-party, convenience
    Lifetime
    24 hours

A production deployment adds a __Secure- prefix to the session cookie; it's the same cookie with the same lifetime.

Your choices

The first time you visit, we ask once. Accept all lets us remember your area for 30 days and keep search paging steady. Essential only keeps just the cookies the site needs to work: your area is remembered only until you close your browser, and ada_seed is never set. Until you choose, we behave as if you picked Essential only. You can change your mind any time: .

Global Privacy Control: if your browser sends a GPC signal, we automatically apply Essential only and don't ask.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking the session cookie means you can't stay signed in; blocking the others only means search starts from a default area.
